We stayed last Saturday (13/01/2018), we loved it that much we went back for Friday & Saturday this week.

We have never stayed anywhere that has changed rhe bedding and towels after 1 night. All the staff are friendly, the food was better than most restaurants, couldn't fault it. The breakfast is lovely, and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back a lot. Thank you for making us so welcome x

Stayed here to go into Scarborough to watch Alfie Boe It was about twenty minutes drive and we were at the outdoor theatre,we had our evening meal here at the restaurant before we left and it was real home cooked food that was so tasty we are already planning a return trip,the room was all we needed for an overnight stay clean and comfortable with a good ensuite shower room.The staff were so helpful and friendly I can highly recommend it for a good nights rest if you want to go to Scarborough or surrounding area.Almost forgot to mention the breakfast which was great and would set anyone up for the day ahead.Well done to all staff involved in our staff you are on to a winning formula.

My partner and I (from Manchester) regularly dine out, we took my parents here for a meal last night. The quality of the food was exceptional, full of flavour, handsomely presented within a warm, inviting atmosphere served by a pleasant and attentive waitress. This is not what I’d call a pub that serves food, what you get here is leagues ahead of standard ‘pub grub’ (which is all we were expecting). The Ganton Greyhound is a high quality restaurant which just happens to have a countryside pub in the centre of it. We will most definitely be returning on our next visit. A traditional menu made up of hearty favourites, reasonably priced too. The chef, management and staff know exactly what they’re doing and excel at their duties. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Just returned after another night away at this lovely place. Food is exceptional, room was very large and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The only thing we could criticise are the chairs in the conservatory for dinner are so uncomfortable they really hurt your back. We normally have to take cushions with us. This was our 4th visit and will definitely be back
