The Healthy Pet Shop is a small independent pet shop. We specialize in nutrition and homeopathic treatments for pets, we also offer advice on Training and Canine behavior. We sell good quality toys and training equipment and many more products. We have to believe in what we sell, it has to work and serve a purpose and we stand by this. All animals and breeds are different and need toys, accessories and training products to support that animal's individual requirements. By us working in the Pet Industry and having animals ourselves we know what products work and what products dont. We take a lot of time to source good, "does what it says on the tin" type products.

We love our pets and they are part of our family. You may of heard the phrase, "you are what you eat", well that doesn't just mean for humans only. This applies to our pets too. Over the years we are seeing more and more pets with allergies, intolerance's, over toxic Livers, Colitis, IBS, over active and aggressive behaviors, skin irritations, eye and ear infections. There can be many underlying reasons for any of the above but a lot stem from diet. We like to talk to our customers about their Pets and get a really good back ground history on the individual animal. Once we have done this, it is normally very obvious what the route cause of the problem is and we can help. If at any point we don't think we know the answer or we think it is serious, we will always recommend you visit your Vet.

Day after day we meet customers who have problems with their pets, whether it is a health problem or a behavioral problem. It gives us huge satisfaction to help these Customers with their Pets. We get a real buzz from it. We feel we make a difference to our customer's pets and this has a knock on effect with the whole family's lives. Many of our customers are now our friends. Owning animals is a great way of meeting new people. People who care about their animals and always lovely people to know and we feel very blessed to work in our business helping our customers /friends.

We don't charge for our help and advise. It is all part of our service to you.

We also offer free delivery to: Teignmouth, Dawlish, Shaldon, Bishopsteignton, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot and Ogwell on any purchase over £10. You can pop in for our help and order what you would like and we will deliver it for you or you can simply telephone and pay over the phone by card or you can pay in cash on delivery. Whichever is the easiest. (We can even leave your goods in a special location if you aren't at home, just ask).
