However if an appointment is cancelled at short notice - 24 hours or less before your appointment time then you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment. ... This will be paid before next appointment booked.
­¤¢ż NO SHOW POLICY ­¤¢ż Your appointment time that is booked is reserved for you. If you are unable to make your appointment then we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, so we can make this appointment available for other clients. If you do not let us know that you canŌĆÖt make your appointment then you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost for missing this appointment. We will then not take any further bookings from you until this charge has been paid.
­¤¢ż LATE ARRIVALS ­¤¢ż All treatments have specific amount of time depending on which treatment you are having. If you happen to be running late by 10-15 minutes, we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment in this time, if this is the case then we can sometimes offer a shorter treatment time but you may still be charged for the original booking time. If we cannot offer the full treatment due to time, then a 50% charge will be taken and your appointment will be rescheduled.

Hire out sunbeds are fantastic best I've ever had colour comes up so quick, also the same with all that are in the shop, Jenna is so welcoming and is always there to give advise on tanning and all the products she sells. Had nothing but good experiences here.

Had the demi permanent individual lashes done in november and stayed on over 4 weeks! Amazing job looked so natural too but made such a difference will defo get these done again!! Thanks jenna loved them!

Had semi permanent lashes put on today by the lovely Jenna and love them! They look so natural and I can barely feel them. Would highly recommend xx

Had one of the stand up fast tanning sun beds from 23rd May-20th June. Absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful service. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Quick set up and easy instructions on use. My mother has fibromyalgia and she found that the sun bed really helped her pains and just made her feel better each day. Would defo hire again. Great value for money and all the family got use out of it. Would highly recommend to everyone.
