The Quantock Restaurant is the ideal venue for business or leisure lunches as well as special occasions, and can be booked for private functions up to 65 people.
The Quantock Restaurant is run by our Hospitality and Catering students - working towards various levels of Qualifications.
We provide our students with an excellent foundation of skills and knowledge which can be transferred to any type of hospitality employer. All hospitality students complete work placements as part of the full time course and we have many exceptional industry links with prestigious organisations; such as Claridge’s, The Ritz, Browns Mayfair, The Fat Duck Group, Babington House and Gidleigh Park.
We serve mouth-watering dishes made using locally-sourced ingredients, brought to you by ambitious young professionals who are committed to service.

The end of our spring term for students, we are humbled by their professionalism and resilience over the last few weeks. Not forgetting the fun, watching them tackle our toilet roll challenges and the multitude of treats they have been making at home! Stay safe...

A few results from our students home learning! They have been sent this weeks physical challenge .... involving toilet of course looking forward to seeing some of the results.

The young people we work with are wonderful! After a week of the unknown, they’ve worked thoroughly hard on home learning tasks. It was great to speak to them all today. Although this toilet roll challenge was the strangest we received.....
Not seen an awful lot of food today but our students raising morale with our toilet roll keepy uppys! Keep them coming in, we must be able to beat Oscars 11! Well done Hatster on the last one from today. Stay safe!
We can only apologise for the harm caused to the numerous toilet rolls in the homes of our students.......fab job! Keepy up the hard work! Any ideas for some more challenges let us know!

As we adapt to our new ways of learning our hope is that our students, colleagues, local and wider community stays safe. We cannot wait until this place is once again filled with learning, laughter, confidence, ambition, pride and personal development of our young people. We will see you on the other side with a new found appreciation for ....everything!
