**New beers alert!**

This Friday we have The Beerkats - A duo playing upbeat modern and classic songs in a blues, swing and rockabilly style...Don't miss it!

Went in today to meet my daughter on her break and have a meal with her, 1st time I have had a meal here and will certainly be eating here again. Staff were so friendly and welcoming,food was amazing!!!!! A huge compliment to the chef �

We have just Moored our narrow boat outside on the 26th July. .It was my 68th birthday. Afternoon couple of pints of cider . Then a kip. Back at 7.30 and had a brilliant night. . The staff were excellent. Evening meal of fish and chips. Oops . 3 bottles of white wine. A good laugh with the staff. Made my day. Music to finish the evening. Big thank you to you all

We had a party of 14 on Sunday for the Christmas menu and had a fabulous meal and service. Alice and the chef made us feel very welcome. The table is worth a mention as it was beautifully laid out too in a private room. Well done and thank you we had a wonderful time. Perfect .

Lovely afternoon sat by the River, food was amazing very quiant and lovely.

I want to thank the staff especially the doorman for the effort in finding the idiot that blocked us in the car park.. Eventually the guy parked next to us came out and let us out... so a trip from Macclesfield wasn't ruined just got home an hour late Great Pub and friendly atmosphere.. and from a previous visit know the foods excellent too. See you all soon..

Fantastic home cooked lunch with great service in the red today. Open fires, great selection of ales and dogs welcome. Also close to the river/park for a walk. Don’t over look it...

Quirky pub with pleasant staff and nice food,had tapas. Outside canal side seating would revisit.

Stood at the bar, bar man served two attractive women before me, let it go once but the second time asked to speak to his boss, he told his boss i was swearing instead (which i wasnt) and they got the bouncers to come instead and told me to leave, won't be going again, shocking service, at least the staff have secure jobs because they can just lie and get you kicked out
