Sutton arms annual bonfire, bring the family for a fantastic display. Outside bar and barbeque. Fun for all. No tickets needed just pay on the gate. Please be advised that the bonfire is very busy so come early to not be disappointed, please also try and walk to this event as carparking is restricted

via mobile Fantastic dinner Visited here with family and drove over from Lincoln after being recommended by a friend.
... So glad we did, place is beautifully decorated and has a really nice feel to it.
We ate as a party of 5, we all had 3 courses and the food was great. Being a chef the only small point I'd make is the meat in the pie was slightly chewy. But full of flavour and huge. You don't leave hungry here.

We stopped off here a couple of years ago and I gave a very critical appraisal, due to the way we were treated as we were a coach of football fans.Yesterday was completely different, made to feel very welcome, great service, friendly staff and very good food. Highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful meal this afternoon. With it being Mother's day it was very busy but the service was impeccable. The staff were all whizzing around very speedily but they were all careful and conscientious in their work. In particular servers Holly and Jess were very attentive and Leann as ever was the epitome of professional and customer aware. Our food was hot, delicious and there was plenty of it. The chocolate brownie in particular was incredible and I didn't want to stop eating it! Lovely atmosphere too. Thank you to the whole team at the Sutton Arms �

We hadn’t been to the Sutton Arms for a long time our visit yesterday was lovely ! Really good food and staff very friendly and helpful ! My steak was cooked to perfection and my husband loved his meal too ! We won’t leave it so long to our next visit 😊

We had a lovely lunch here yesterday, gorgeous food and very homely inside. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. As soon as my son woke up, a lady came across and asked if he'd like anything to eat and got the chef to make him some chicken. Would highly recommend.

Service was great and the food was lovely! Reasonable price and good portion size. Will definately be returning �

Service was fantastic. Not quick as all freshly cooked. If you want quick need to pop to Wetherspoons for tasty microwaved goodies! I had belly pork which was delicious, hubby had bobs pie, not for the lightweights � lovely atmosphere.

Ordered Rib eye steak which came out perfect. Reasonably priced with helpfull staff. Will definately be returning for another meal.

My family and i went for a meal yesterday for my son's 30th and i have to say the staff were very welcoming and the food was outstanding. Well worth a visit i would recommend to all my friends.

Had a valentines meal here on Friday night was absolutely delicious was such amazing value for money, hubby ordered a chicken curry for his main and the gluten free lemon cheesecake for afters, I had the Barnsley lamb chop which I had read about on trip advisor before our visit and it certainly didn't disappoint was totally gorgeous. Then I had the bake well tart for afters again simply delicious!!!

I had, Garlic mushrooms so tasty, Sutton arms curry perfect, to finish off the meal Raspberries ice cream and cream. Great atmosphere and service All home cooked great selection of dishes.This was my first visit here but definitely not my last .

The staff were excellent with good service at tables, bar also good service, Xmas dinner well gravy watery, small mash the rest OK.

We got there today at 3.20 order our meal just after that time. The starters came out quick which was fine. Then two other tables came in after we did, both had starters and then there main meals. We were still sat there after 20 mins after our starter and still no main meal. My parter went up to the bar and asked about our meals and the chap behind the bar said they were on it. 10 minutes later he brought out two main meals which weren't ours. After nearly 45 mins from the starter we gave up and paid for the starters and drinks. We did tell the staff behind the bar we thought the service was poor.
