we will be holding a [comfort zone] Skincare clinic. We have hired the [comfort zone] skin expert for this day and she will be completing skin analysis with a professional skin analyser machine. This will be a personal 1-1 appointment with the expert. Also, before having your skin analysed you will be treated to an express skin booster - cleanse, exfoliation and toner.
The machine goes beyond standard analysis and will measure the following in your skin: Hydration levels - this will determine is your skin dehydrated. Lines and wrinkles are more prominent when the skin is dehydrated. Sebum production - is there an excess sebum quantity. Excess sebum can contribute to congestion. 50 x - this will show the sebum oxidation Status. This will determine if you are cleansing your skin correctly. Wrinkle depth - how deep are your wrinkles? Is there signs of premature ageing. Woodlight 20 x - underlying pigmentation.
From the results of the analysis you will then be given advice from the skin expert on what products you should be using to help your skin track it's full potential. You will also be shown on how to properly use these products.

Was with Zoe and Nicole 4 weeks ago with really angry skin with bad breakouts which meant I had to wear makeup everyday to cover it.

I am getting Married in July so I really needed some help.

I had a facial with Zoe and she determined which Skinician products I needed and told me exactly what I needed to do for the next few weeks. So i bit the bullet and bought the products and started the routine

Its now 4 weeks later and this week I have been going to work with no make up at all and I am so shocked as I have tried product after product over the years but nothing agreed with me.

Love love love Skinician and the advice that Zoe gave.

Was in today for reflexology and afternoon tea with a friend! I had Nicole and it was amazing deffo be back and highly recommend the place, staff are so lovely and welcoming пҝҪ

They very kindly organised a room on the ground floor for the treatment as it was for my 94 grandmother. Nicole was so attentive and my grandmother thoroughly enjoyed her foot and leg revive. Topped of by a delightful afternoon tea in the hotel.

My mum, sister and i were with you yesterday for my sisters birthday, you were so friendly from start to finish, the place is lovely and very relaxing, your both so professional in what you do. We'll definitely be back and will recommend you to anyone. See you soon thanks again пҝҪ

My husband and had the couples retreat package in February and were in again today for massages and both times have been amazing. The girls are lovely and fantastic at what they do, great feedback given from the girls on how to help relive pain in problem areas. Fantastic value for money and can't wait to be back for our anniversary treat in May! X

My friend and I had the afternoon tea deal today, a wee Christmas treat!! It was fantastic!! Nicole was such a lovely girl! I had the reflexology and it was sooo good!! (Even though I cried) пҝҪ I would def recommend heading to the therapy rooms!!

Me & my sister went to the therapy rooms this week for the hot stone back massage, the therapist beth was fantastic, she was so attentive to us both and very professional.



We thoroughly enjoyed it and have booked again for next month.



I would definitely recommend trying this place as I have had loads of massages before but this was definitely my favourite.

I was in a party of 8, it was my first time to have anything like this done, i had a Facial and it was AMAZING. I had a lovely girl called Karen, i didnt know what to expect but i soon relaxed. I booked the afternoon tea deal for my Mums 50th birthday and took Mum, Gran and myself! Mum and I had reflexology, it was fab, very relaxing and emotional! My Gran had asked for a file and polish and had been talking about it for days that she was so looking forward to it because she has never had her nails done professionally before, it wasn't on the list of options but the girls made an exception for her! The afternoon tea was delicious and everything was so fresh! I would really recommend it to anyone for a special occasion! We will definitely be back for more reflexology! Had voucher from mothers day for treatment and afternoon tea..visited today with my mum, we both had an hour's treatment from the minute u go in the girls are very attentive and pleasant the experience was brill couldn't recommend them enough they are so good at what they do xx

Had the dermaplan facial yesterday with Zoe, couldn't recommend it enough!! Amazing, pain free results right away and Zoe made me feel so comfortable and gave me amazing advice about on going skin care catered for my oily skin! Will certainly be back! пҝҪпҝҪ

Had a hot stone massage and reflexology with Nicole and it was fantastic! Will definitely be back as the whole experience was just brilliant, very relaxing and all the girls were lovely.

The whole experience was amazing, very relaxing & professional with Zoe putting me at ease from the beginning. It was nice to wake up the next morning without pain in my back for the first time in ages :-) I would highly recommend the massage experience & will definitely be back for more.

Had the dermaplan facial yesterday with Zoe, couldn't recommend it enough!! Amazing, pain free results right away and Zoe made me feel so comfortable and gave me amazing advice about on going skin care catered for my oily skin! Will certainly be back! пҝҪпҝҪ

Had a hot stone massage and reflexology with Nicole and it was fantastic! Will definitely be back as the whole experience was just brilliant, very relaxing and all the girls were lovely.

Booked the afternoon meal deal I must say I would recommend this totally! I had my 1st hot stone massage by Karen and i loved it, karen let me know every step of my massage thank you so enjoyed it! Then the lunch it was gorgeous excellent service and beautiful food only wish i was booked in to enjoy a cocktail aswell 5* day cheers пҝҪ

Booked an appointment with Zoe for a full body massage after suffering months of lower back pain. The whole experience was amazing, very relaxing & professional with Zoe putting me at ease from the beginning. It was nice to wake up the next morning without pain in my back for the first time in ages :-) I would highly recommend the massage experience & will definitely be back for more.

Was with Zoe and Nicole 4 weeks ago with really angry skin with bad breakouts which meant I had to wear makeup everyday to cover it.

I am getting Married in July so I really needed some help.

I had a facial with Zoe and she determined which Skinician products I needed and told me exactly what I needed to do for the next few weeks. So i bit the bullet and bought the products and started the routine

Its now 4 weeks later and this week I have been going to work with no make up at all and I am so shocked as I have tried product after product over the years but nothing agreed with me.

They very kindly organised a room on the ground floor for the treatment as it was for my 94 grandmother. Nicole was so attentive and my grandmother thoroughly enjoyed her foot and leg revive. Topped of by a delightful afternoon tea in the hotel.

My husband and had the couples retreat package in February and were in again today for massages and both times have been amazing. The girls are lovely and fantastic at what they do, great feedback given from the girls on how to help relive pain in problem areas. Fantastic value for money and can't wait to be back for our anniversary treat in May! X

My friend and I had the afternoon tea deal today, a wee Christmas treat!! It was fantastic!! Nicole was such a lovely girl! I had the reflexology and it was sooo good!! (Even though I cried) пҝҪ I would def recommend heading to the therapy rooms!!

Me & my sister went to the therapy rooms this week for the hot stone back massage, the therapist beth was fantastic, she was so attentive to us both and very professional.



We thoroughly enjoyed it and have booked again for next month.



I would definitely recommend trying this place as I have had loads of massages before but this was definitely my favourite.

Just home after spending a lovely afternoon at the therapy rooms, we got the afternoon tea package with extra half hour, I had a facial and reflexology and left feeling very relaxed, afternoon tea was lovely we enjoyed the whole package very much will definitely be back

I was in a party of 8, it was my first time to have anything like this done, i had a Facial and it was AMAZING. I had a lovely girl called Karen, i didnt know what to expect but i soon relaxed. I have been dying to try out the treatments and afternoon tea for ages! So me, mum and granny went for a lovely Sunday treat! It was amazing ! Had the hot stone back massage and Skinician facial with Maeve! Magic hands пҝҪ I will definitely be back for more treatments, totally fab! I booked the afternoon tea deal for my Mums 50th birthday and took Mum, Gran and myself! Mum and I had reflexology, it was fab, very relaxing and emotional! My Gran had asked for a file and polish and had been talking about it for days that she was so looking forward to it because she has never had her nails done professionally before, it wasn't on the list of options but the girls made an exception for her! The afternoon tea was delicious and everything was so fresh! I would really recommend it to anyone for a special occasion! We will definitely be back for more reflexology!
