The place has got everything u need to build any part of ur body. I'm partially disabled so most of the things I can do are upper body and they help support and teach u to stay and keep healthy. The staff are very supportive even if u know little or nothing it's perfect and the patrons are supportive even if u no nothing there are no people that snigger or even make u uncomfortable there it's a totally stress and care free attitude that's staff and patrons. I'd recommend it to anyone from first time to the pros.

TFW is an excellent gym to train at and has everything you need as well as super friendly staff, I would highly recommend it.

Been training here 3 times a week and have got to say the staff are fantastic and the facilities are perfect ��� well worth the money and would recommend anyone to give it a try because you won't regret it
