We have been using Vikki’s services for the last few holidays and cannot recommend her highly enough.

• Vegas for my 50th - MGM Signature in Vegas was an excellent choice for us as it was quiet enough during the day, but near enough to the nightlife when you wanted it. Absanthe was a great recommendation for a show – we laughed so hard.

• Koh Samui – Anantara Lawana, Chaweng. (Great hotel recently refurbished. 5*plus) Vikki had contacted them to make sure we were looked after as we have booked via her before. Couple of highlights - Early checking at 9:30am and late checkout at 5pm. The General Manager also provided us a Complimentary dinner a really nice touch.

Vikki is always super responsive in getting back to you with ideas, quotations and always follows up when contacted especially if plans change.

On our last trip Thai airways retired their A380 plane a few days before departure. Vikki was straight onto the airline to work out options for us and to make sure we were entirely comfortable with the schedule. We opted to go a day earlier. All taken care of by Vikki with no drama or stress on our part. A great service. Will definitely book again when we are planning our next trip.

Vikki is an absolute gem, the oracle of travel. She has now sorted two fabulous hoildays for us the first to Hawaii. We had no idea which island or where to head, Vikki advised us on two of the islands that were best for what we were looking for Kona and Kauai whichwere both different but fantastic. Hotel was perfect. the transfers, flights, car hire all very well sorted.

The other was Canada which we have just returned from again everything ran very smooth.

I can't recommend Vikki enough, shes always at the end of the line if needed, and delivers the perfect hoilday, she just gets it right everytime.

Vikki has helped me now with three amazing holidays. She has each time pulled out all the stops to make them as special as possible. We have always been able to reach her even when time zones are against us. It was particularly useful when we got stranded in Turks and Caicos and were panicking - as she was always on the end of the phone reassuring us and telling us what she was doing to get us home. Same in Sri Lanka when our final hotel was not as we wanted, she wasted no time in getting us moved to an even better one and all was done smoothly and with no fuss. The peace of mind she offers is worth its weight in gold and we would highly recommend her efficient and professional service.

Just back from a fab trip to Vilamoura in The Algarve thanks to Vikki. First time we'd used her and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Ticked every box that we'd asked for and everything went perfectly to plan. We just told Vikki what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and then she came up with 4 fab ideas and we just picked one. Saved me hours of my life trawling the Internet, which for me is absolute hell! All we did was turn up and enjoy ourselves. Thank you!
