The successful applicant must have ◦ Excellent customer service skills... ◦ Highly motivated ◦ Reliable and trustworthy ◦ Good telephone manner ◦ Be able to prepare meat cuts on demand and to display in counters. ◦ Be a team player
The job is based on approx 40-45 hrs/week, over 5 days ( includes weekend work ) Salary depending on experience 28 days paid holiday Workplace pension scheme
Any of the following skills would be an advantage Sausage making Full carcass butchery Pie manufacturing
