Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:
Went yesterday with a friend to see book club was good.. Staff very pleasant no problems at all.
Went to watch fifty shades twice over the opening weekend I have got to admit how friendly the staff are and how clean the cinema is will definitely be coming again sound was perfect can't fault it
The lady at the till was so pleasant ! The boys who have to clean after people been in to watch a film feel sorry for them they work so hard because people leave it in one huge mess
Staff friendly, very clean and seats far more comfortable than Odeon. Temperature perfect. Only complaint is the price of the snacks, extortionate.
Service was a little slow, but it was half term cinema sound was amazing not too loud ïżœ.
My kids and I was entertained and no problem or concern so far. Keep it up! đđ
My 2 youngest love coming to watch film fabulous staffs and really helpful
Really enjoyed seeing Black Panther yesterday with my 2 teenage sonâs, visit was slightly spoilt by a large group of teenagers , talking and constantly going in and out to the toilet towards the end of the film
Would be helpful to have a ticket only till.
It would be useful to have prices clearly and displayed for all to view. Sizes for popcorn , small medium or large should be displayed.. it would save asking.
Took forever to be served, only had two people on the tills, both seemed really slow and in no hurry. Once I got to the counter I ordered a one ticket and a popcorn combo. I was told by the staff member who served me, the cinema no longer does the two item combo deal and I would have to order a three item deal. I informed I didn't want a three item deal I just wanted a drink and popcorn. But was not able to help me. So after this recent experience, I may choose to go to the Odeon.
The Cinema is very clean and never had a bad experience watching a film... My only issue lies in the time it takes to get served for food and refreshments... They never seem to have enough staff maning the tills regardless of how popular showings might be yet staff are wandering around looking at the floor avoiding eye contact from irrate paying customers and other staff collating data from tills... Here's an idea for the manager (which I have never seen), man every till and do the other jobs when the queue subsides.... The quickest time it's taken me to get served is 17mins... Went yesterday with my son and it took 28mins... This is truly ridiculous
Such a shame that the live link up for Tosca was so badly attended. Not the cinema 's fault though. One thing though; a member of staff came in handing out a synopsis of the opera etc after the lights had been turned down so it was too dark to read it!!
Enjoyed the film, but could you please have a till just for purchasing tickets as very frustrating to have to queue with all till operaters pushing to sell you more stuff that we don't want. Have to arrive early just to queue with everyone who wants to order food/drinks so as to get ticket before film starts
Cinema was quite cold. It never warmed up enough for me to take off my outside/winter coat. Theatre #3 smelled very musty. The trailers were too loud but the movie was at a more comfortable volume level. Good screen quality & comfortable seats.
Went to see pitch perfect with my daughter this morning. Screen 12 was so cold we could not warm up. Came out of viewing twice and asked the staff to turn the heating on. When the film finished it was as cold in there as it was when film started.
Sound quality at last nights Avengers showing was abysmal, such a shame as the quality of picture was superb. The action and any sound effect was way, way louder than the dialogue. You need to "normalise" your sound setting so any dialogue/music/sound effects are all at a fairly similar level (this can be done on any standard television and sound system). It was really hard to make what anyone was saying. The strange thing is during the trailers, the sound was perfect?
Wouldâve been much more enjoyable visit if the air conditioning was working. Sat through the whole film sweating and had to be peeled off the seat - as did others
Was a needle in the womenâs toilet a dirty used tampon on the floor and a empty bottle of wine and all this was in the the womenâs toilets.
Saturday showing of The Darkest Hour = film brilliant
Facilities disgusting, the cinema had not been cleaned, popcorn and containers everywhere. When we complained we got short shrift from the manager. Really rude and full of excuses.
