Warhammer - Scarborough Description
Warhammer is about collecting, assembling, and painting fantasy wargaming models. In store activities include painting and modelling classes as well as opportunities to play the wargames themselves - the store is a hub for the local Warhammer community and an ideal place to make friends as well as learning more about the hobby itself.
As well as the amazing Warhammer models themselves, the store stocks a wide range of modelling resources, including paints, tools, and glue - everything you need to enjoy your models and even providing support in putting them together if you need it.
There are two core Warhammer games: Warhammer 40, 000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
Warhammer 40, 000: Dark Vengeance.
It is forty thousand years into the future, and humankind is surrounded on all sides by horrifying enemies. The Warhammer 40, 000 range of Citadel models creates that grim future in fabulous detail. There are countless tales of heroism and villainy in that dark future, and you can add to them with your own armies and battles – which sides will you choose?
The Dark Vengeance set contains the rules to play Warhammer 40, 000, as well as two armies – the grim but heroic Dark Angels Space Marines, and their sworn enemies , the treacherous Crimson Slaughter. Dark Vengeance is the perfect place to start collecting miniatures in the grim darkness of the Warhammer 40, 000 universe.
Warhammer Age of Sigmar
The World Before Time is gone. Shattered. The Age Of Chaos gradually turned life in the Mortal Realms into hell. Embracing wisdom instead of strength, the thunder god Sigmar retreated to the Celestial Realm and began assembling the greatest mortal warriors, steeping them in the magic of the stars and instilling them with absolute divinity.
The Stormcast Eternals, as Sigmar named them, are ready. Sigmar’s storm is lined up to unleash its fury on the forces of chaos. The realms will tremble and the skies will scorch as the legions of the Dark Gods feel the blistering rage of the Stormhosts! The Age Of Sigmar has arrived.
Warhammer Age of Sigmar is a fantastic starter set for any and all fans of Warhammer. Containing models of the heroic Stormcast Eternals and their brutal enemies, the forces of the Chaos Lord Khorgos Khul. Detailing the first incursions of the Realmgate Wars, this box set contains everything you need to begin your adventures in the Age Of Sigmar.
