Would highly recommend this company. I bought a phone case and a memorial plaque if my mum. There was a small problem with one item but they replaced it within a couple of days without argument. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for a great service ! X

Ordered a clock for mothers day was nervous how would turn out but oh my so impressed with the outcome I now want one for myself. The quality is amazing and the delivery was so quick and arrived in plenty of time. A*******

Order some stuff on Saturday and received on Wednesday, had a couple of issues which I emailed them about, the same day as I received the items and didn't realise till late last nite that they had emailed me twice and then the post man turned up today with replacements, very happy and satisfied customer, have used before when I ordered 2 clocks last year for Mother's Day and will use again

My order arrived 2 days after being placed, so was really pleased as thought I’d left my order too late. My clock-ordered for my Mum’s 70th birthday was perfect. She absolutely loved it. Thank you! Would 100% recommend

Absolutely love this website have ordered many things clocks photo blocks and they have all been beautiful when they come fast response, always helpful and fast to be delivered would definitely recommend ordering as her items are just so nice and beautifully made and make the best gifts for someone

my order wasn’t quite as expected, but they rectified it after my first contact and my replacement was perfect. Royal Mail are most likely responsible for the delay in deliveries as mine was dispatched in plenty of time ( i was provided proof of this by this company) when I did receive my order I also received other delayed mail which has no relevance to this. After the excellent customer service I will buy again. Thank you. Maybe they should give Royal Mail a kick up the bum though !

Wouldnt recommed to anyone to order from here. I odered a personailsed phone case as a christmas gift and the mould that fits round the phone was faulty within a week it broke and the phone was falling out. I emailed about it and was told they would replace it that was the 10th jan its now the 14th march and im still waiting on it. Have sent a few emails and rung them and there excuse was they couldnt find the photo so i resent the photo but still no case over 2 months later. Extremely disappointed as the case wasnt cheap !

Ordered 2 cushions from them and arrived 2 days after mothers day. I'm very disappointed and will never order from them again considering they advised on their page when to order by to receive it on time for mothers day. Mothers day happens once a year and this ruined it!!

First ordered from them for Mother’s Day, great product & delivered on time, ordered again for Father’s Day, poor quality product and only half of ordered received- still awaiting rest of ordered, emailed to find out where it is and they haven’t bothered to reply - won’t be ordering from here again

Didn’t receive me order didn’t give me an option for a refund sent me a new one 1 weeks later witch I didn’t want because I brought it else we’re got told I need to make a complaint to the Royal Mail poor service wouldn’t come here again !

Can't actually review the product I ordered as still not arrived but can review that my item has STILL NOT arrived!!

I placed a order for Mother’s Day on 5th March had a email on Tuesday 6th March to say item had been dispatched yet I’m now still waiting for it to arrive my mum did not get her present on Mother’s Day!! And then had to go out and buy something else so my mum had something on the day which has cost me more money!!

It clearly stated on your website for standard delivery last day to place order would be Wednesday 7th so I ordered with plenty of time
