Shane's ability to see the potential in his clients comes from years of wanting to improve himself, Shane will work hard with each individual client to help them achieve and maintain the goals they set out.
With years of practice and years of pushing himself to the limits, he has become a well rounded trainer with the capability of improving both your physical and mental well being.
I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
I would recommend castra to anyone. Very different to anything I had tried before but I love it! Shane is an excellent trainer and extremely knowledgeable in helping you achieve your goals. Hard work but totally worth it!
Great workouts, meal plan, snack ideas all the advise you need for the best results! Weight Loss & big improvements in strength and fitness levels ☺️ Highly recommend!
Great class and great trainer.. pushed to your own individual limits but you will feel and see the benefits of that after.
Fantastic programme. Finished today and very happy with my results. Extremely well organised and executed by Shane Mullan and Chris Gallagher. Enjoyed the meal plans and workouts with the weights. Will be back for another set of 6 weeks before Xmas! Looking forward to it
Challenging but very enjoyable structured workouts. Meal plans are provided and other dietry advice and tips given throughout. Castra is great for anyone looking to improve strength,endurance,lower bodyfat % & tone up. It would be ideal for anybody looking to get a head start going into pre season winter training or anybody else in general looking to improve their fitness levels & get into good shape. It is hard work but with Chris & Shane's guidance, the results at the end of the 6 weeks will make it all worth while if you put in the effort. Highly recommend giving it a go!
Castra is one of the best training sessions out there! Anyone that plays team sports has to give this a go!! It's improved my fitness, speed and strength soo much! It will make you 10times the player you are today! �
Brilliant training programme, really encourages you to have a structured training plan and diet without ever going hungry. Absolutely loved the training, it's 6 weeks of hard work but we'll and truly worth it.
