Welcome
Hello, I'm Sarita Harrison, a registered yoga teacher, chair yoga teacher and all round yoga enthusiast offering Chair yoga, Gentle yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga in and around the Bath area.
Classes are available to the general public, retirement and community groups, care facilities, charities, activity day centres and to businesses.
I believe the benefits of yoga should be available to everyone, regardless of ability, state of health, or level of fitness! If you would like to join a group yoga class, or if you are interested in setting up a yoga class for your organization, or in your area, please get in touch with me for more information.
One to one and sessions are also available if you'd prefer to work with me individually.
