Went to zeros for my friends hen do, had a great night, excellent treatment in the VIP area, there was a magician for entertainment who was amazing!!!!

We had a great night here as part of a Hen Do weekend! Staff couldn’t do enough for us, thank you for looking after us so well.

Really good night. Want to thank tony for helping us to arrange out VIP night out! Everyone had fun

It was surprised 21st Birthday (who never been to Bath clubbing.) Event organised by Zoe...for all of us firstly arrived was wellcome by all staff..to VIP Lounge...great Atmosphere...warm up Drinks... then Party Rocks on.....cause Music#.ppl#staff#All friends#Fun#laugh# most importantly Drunken....what else???? Stayed till closing time...full of unlimitfun....

Issa vide every Friday and Saturday night, all staff are professional, all the dj’s there always know correct music to play for everyone to have a good time ��

I went to Zero Zero last weekend for a friend's hen do. We all had a brilliant time! We were in the VIP area and were very well looked after. The staff were great!! The bride to be very much enjoyed her night! Top marks to Zero Zero for making it a special night for my friend! �

Hadn't been out in a while so when myself and 3 friends went into bath for night out we came to zero zero. It was a great night friendly staff, got served quickly. Had a great time.

Booked a VIP table, bottles out and ready for us on arrival and treated well by staff. Good music and good vibe �

Went to zero zero for my 21st birthday celebrations on Saturday and was treated so well! Was provided a huge vip area which was decorated with balloons and chocolates and were also given a good deal on drinks for everyone. Was also let straight in, given wrist bands and shown to the vip area. Amazing night!

Lovely bar staff, fair pricing on a weekday would recommend if your in bath

Went here Saturday night for the first time in years was having a brilliant night with all my friends and then my battery had died on my phone and the only way I could sort my lift home was if I put it on charge luckly i had my charger on me so I ask a bouncer and then two bar ladies if I could put on charge somewhere for like a few minutes, even asked to pay and they were so rude to me and straight up said no and there was no way they were going to say yes luckily some nice man over heard me saying my situation and said he put in on charge for me! Basically sort snotty staff out!

the security did nothing when my friend reported sexual assault, when i approached the guy who assaulted her in an angry manner, i was almost kicked out despite my friend explaining what happened to the bouncer. they dont care about the wellbeing of the women who go to the club

They shut us out !! They did not let us back in to again, very rude and we explained to them kindly and soberly asked for my jacket that I payed to put in the cloak room, they didn’t give me access to the premises therefore I am very angry with the service at this club very unhappy������ I’m not going again ... see ya tomorrow xoxo gossip girl

One of the worst clubs ive been too. Shit crowd, shit music, shit atmosphere but to be fair there aren't very many good clubs in the South West.

My friend was removed from the club despite not being that drunk so when I asked the bouncer in question why she had been removed and tried to reason with him seeing as she wasn't that drunk he said that he did not have to listen to me because I was black at which point I was physically dragged out the club myself. I called to report my complaint to which I was told I should email the club instead but I have not received a reply. Disgusting that the staff of an establishment could be so openly racist.

Literally an awful nightclub, rudest bouncers you’ll ever meet. Smoking shelters about 2 foot big, always stinks in there.. every time I go it’s empty and we always leave after about 5 minutes to another club, because it’s so quite now. Same music, so small & always some weird men sat by the bar. Never again ��

I have asked you to explain your policy on military personal and i am waiting for a reply. I am writing this as you seem to be taking your time to reply. I have never attended your club and would never do so now after your refusal to allow my serving military son and his fiancé entrance to your venue last night 23rd june 2017 just because he was military. if you think ignoring this it will go away, it will not and for your information it has already got to Germany along with surrounding areas of bath. I do hope it keeps spreading, if you are decent enough to send a reply i will of course respond.

Got my PASS ID card denied by some very rude and unhelpful bouncers. As an international student, I don’t have a driving / provisional licence, and would rather not lose my passport/brp card on a night out. My university (uni of Bath) recommended we get the PASS card in circumstances like mine and everywhere else in Bath that I’ve gone to that requires ID (other clubs, bars, pubs) have accepted the PASS card...

Booked a booth for 15 people for my sisters hen do and prepaid for 3 bottles of alcohol. Turned up and the booth was too small to fit even half of us in. They moved us to a bigger booth but three people still had to stand so it wasn't ideal. I spoke with the barman and told him the mixers I wanted to come out with the alcohol. Elderflower for the gin, red bull for the vodka and coke for the disaronno. I then went to the toilet with one of the others and when we came back the drinks were on the table having been brought out in buckets. Then gin had been shared out and there was none left, there was no sign of the vodka so I assumed they had all drunk that too, as there was only disaronno left. I thought it was odd but having never organised such a large group before I really didn't have a clue how much people would drink and how quickly. Around half an hour later my aunt approached me and said she was going to buy more alcohol as we had run out. I thought what a shame this was as everyone had paid such a lot already for the weekend ad I was really hoping they wouldn't need spending money. She asked if I thought we should do vodka or some bottles of wine. Having assumed we had already got through the vodka so fast I said order bottles of wine which she did, costing her over £80. Anyway this was enough for the rest of the night to end well. A few days later I was with my sister discussing the weekend, and i said how I was upset my aunt had had to put more money in when i had ordered three bottles of vodka gin and disaronno. She said "you didn't order vodka" I said "of course I did that's why there was red bull" she said "I thought it was odd there was Redbull, but there was definitely no vodka". I then spoke to my mum who was there and texted the other bridesmaids. None of them had been involved in any of the ordering process so they had no clue but they all text back saying there was gin and disaronno but that was it. I immediately emailed the venue and explained our vodka never made it to the table, which made so much sense afterwards considering I never saw it and we ran out of gin so quickly. Also hardly any red bulls got used because there was no suitable alcohol! Zero zero replied saying they would look into it. After a few weeks I chased it and they said the barman said the vodka did go out. I know 100% that vodka did not go to our table so I asked them to check cctv. They never got back to me. I chased again and asked for a managers number or email. No response. I chased AGAIN and got told to "calm down"! And they were looking into it and would be in touch. This was in September 2017. Do you think i have heard? Absolutely not. That was a £90 bottle of vodka they managed to swindle out of us and not even an offer of apology. My aunt ended up spending £80 on unnecessary alcohol as the vodka would have been the perfect amount. The fact they have ignored every email and every attempt to speak with someone more senior is really pathetic and awful customer service. Do not use this club. There are plenty of others who are more honest and helpful and I so wish we had chosen them now. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
