Went here on a date night after getting married last week, and a lovely gent offered us free dessert! I didn’t get his name sadly but thank you so much! The food is always lovely especially the Vegan burger.Staff are always friendly to.

We've been in Swansea since July and couldn't recommend this place enough!. We went for lunch yesterday with my 5 year old and loved it. The staff were having a great time singing but still providing great service, the food and drinks were amazing and they were flexible when my daughter asked for her pudding and created something off the menu. My new favourite place in town without doubt ;-)

Took my mum to this ,lounge not so long ago we had fab food excellent service the staff couldn't do enough for us keep up the good work Mark and staff.

Relaxed, dog friendly, good vegetarian options, reasonably priced, friendly staff, decent food and coffee and great decor.

Our go to place at the moment. It's a welcoming environment where anybody and everybody fits in. We had Tapas last night and it was great value for money. The desserts are amazing. The staff are attentive and food was longer than expected but it turned out to be an unexpectedly busy Tuesday and we didnt mind the wait. Hey this is gonna sound really weird ok, but I came to zinco ages ago like two years ago and got a mojito but it was like so minty and bitter and I asked this dude to try it and he was like woah that is sour and I was like ye man put some sugar in that badboi so then he made me a really nice one and fanned all the leaves on the top and I didn't leave a review because I didn't have a phone at the time and it was really nice of you and I wanted to thank you because it was honestly so lovely.

Every time I come here it's 10/10 always friendly even if they are busy what an awesome place

Booked Here for my 30th Birthday yesterday as they have a fantastic menu for vegans as well as a normal and gluten free menu!

I cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality and efforts to make my birthday special. Nothing was too much trouble! The Manager and chef and staff worked wonders! All our food was brought out together - all 19 dishes! Hot and delicious - customer service was outstanding and the children were very much entertained with goodies and games! �

Everyone who came loved it there and will be � returning! Thanks again guys �

Another amazing vegan meal. I had the Vegan Mexican Bowl which was very tasty! It’s great to have so many choices, many of which are healthy. Such a nice place for a get together with friends.

Amazing, had a baby shower here for my cousin. Even though there was nearly 40 of us and it was a busy bank holiday weekend and another large party was booked in the service was superb. We sent food orders in in advance and everything was as we asked, catering to dietry requirements and personal preferences. Food service was speedy and no one was left waiting long. Highly recommended, we will be back x

Shame love the deco & food was good service at bar very slow considering there was 4 behind the bar there were 6 of us and 2 serving us it wasn't that busy didn't seem to be any direction I know you need to train staff but customers come first.we sat upstairs and when we came back to down to order food the impression was very chaotic with no organisation again 4 behind bar but no one taking control? Could and should be a fab place. Will return hope it was a a once off!! But a manager who can organise the direction of the service at the bar is missing ie one area for food ordering and one for drinks Rant over thx

Went there as it was packed everywhere else, little wait for food as it was a Saturday/sunny and food was good (not amazing but not bad aha).

It’s has a lovely cosy feel to the place but it’s so dark in places, not ideal for eating food. Had to send some food back as it was a like warm pork meatball �. Nobody wants a side of food poisoning.



Also they allowed 2 dogs to dine with their guests which is great if your a dog lover. Personally I am not and don’t want to eat at a restaurant they are in while they clean themselves �

Love the atmosphere and taste of their cappuccinos and food, however the amount of times that I've had to ask for my drink because they failed to make it for me is ridiculous. Waited and waited for my cappuccino and had to ask for it to be made because they'd forgotten about it more than not during all my visits.



Visited the new Croeso Lounge in Mumbles and my cappuccino was made in a very prompt and deliciously. I will have to start going to that location instead of this one so that I am served what I've paid for in a reasonable amount of time. It's a shame though because the Zinco location is more convenient, but with the amount of times they've done me wrong, I'd rather make the extra trip to Mumbles.



The Lounge is great, however I would avoid the Zinco location and go to the Croeso instead.

Waited 45mins for food. Girl came up 10mins after we ordered saying she forgot to tell us there was 30minswait. We had a deadline so had to leave at a certain time she said the food would be ready in plenty of time. 45mins later Asked for a refund, then they charged me for the drinks!!. In all fairness I wouldn't have stayed if the told me I had to wait 45mins!!! The attitude of the staff was disgusting. Never coming back here

I’m a regular at Zincos and was shocked to be verbally assaulted by the new manager, for sending back a bowl of chips which looked half eaten.

I was so afraid and humiliated that I am going to my solicitor.

I advise nobody to eat here. The new manager is frightening.

I am so upset. My staff eat here often for meetings. Needless to say, they will not be returning.

This man (who spent his shift on the phone) was so rude that I thought he was going to become violent.

I’m shaking thinking about it. Luckily I have my two friends as witnesses for my solicitor.

Have had a few very bad experiences here. Was told that the gluten free roll was vegan by staff, then told on another occasion that it wasn’t vegan the next time I went to order it. A member of staff was extremely abrupt and rude to me about it and another member of staff came to apologise to me for their behaviour. Another time I was served a ‘vegan’ sweet potato waffle dish from the vegan menu with sour cream on top that wasn’t vegan, I had to insist to the waiter that it wasn’t vegan I sent it back to the kitchen and they confirmed they had made a mistake, the next order they sent our was burnt to a crisp and I couldn’t eat it. I was also given dairy butter on a toast when ordering the vegan breakfast. It’s such a shame to see a place with a separate vegan menu make these mistakes. Some of the staff are lovely whilst others are rude and didn’t care about my dietary requirements. I would be very cautious when ordering anything vegan here.
