Child/Family must live in SO postcode Must have some form of disability (physical/learning) In need of equipment / access to therapy

PLEASE NOTE: we support 5 chilldren each year. All Children will go onto a waiting list We will contact all families to gather more information. We are a charity so are bound by our constitution and will follow it all times. We will announce all children in January for the following year.

Mobiloo will be on site again providing facilities for those that need them
