My son and I both train at 5 elements, it's a very family friendly club. Instructors are top class and dedicated to ensuring that you not only receive the best tuition, but that it also has a fun and lively atmosphere.
Excellent for those that wish to simply keep in shape or compete in championship fights. Highly recommended martial arts club 👊👊👍

Such a great club; the coaches cater for everyone and help you get what you want out of each class, whether that be weight loss, fitness or to compete.

Great friendly club. All levels of experience in the club. Great for fitness and if you wanna compete then you can, with friendly staff and coaches to help you progress. Fantastic place I have enjoyed for years training and competitions.
