Excellent gym if you're interested in just turning up, picking up heavy bits of metal and then carrying on with you day. No frills, no showing off. No heating either (or not much, anyway), which is good - if you're cold, you can always work harder...

Great gym, huge - and I mean HUGE - range of equipment, and friendly staff. Love it.

Good gym plenty of free weights, machines and cardiovascular machines on hand. However there does appear to be quite a few meat heads train there who are clearly gaining mass through steroid usage including some who work at this gym which is a bad endorsement for a facility that promotes fitness. But that aside not a bad gym at all.

Best gym to train. Great people work there, great weights, loads of equipment, never struggle to get on anything.

The staff are amazing and very helpful especially Daz.. Haha... I love the ladies gym and can't wait to start with one of the many personal trainers now my confidence is boosted.

Place is amazing, only downside is your not allowed to kick the heavy bags. Everything else is brilliant
