I had a lovely time at Ayurveda Pura! Treated myself to a full body massage and the therapist was friendly and very professional. The treatment rooms were spotless and I had a lovely lunch in the cafe after whilst i cane back to reality.

The most miserable receptionist I have ever spoken too. I called expecting ha helpful and positive person, and instead I was greeted by pure misery. I asked about maybe having a consultation about my skin condition, and she didnt even answer! She was very unhelpful, and demanded payment upfront for treatments, that are on special offer. When I offered a deposit, she gave the classic negative answer, " well that's our policy"!! So how do I dare have a treatment there? Companies forget the importance of a good receptionist!! Such a shame

I have a wonderful experience at this cute and cosy little spa. Full body massage was very relaxing and I would recommend their services!

I have completed 3 courses with Ayurveda Pura and had numerous treatments. Training is excellent, treatments are effective and well thought out. The staff have always been really helpful and knowledgeable. Food at the cafe is really tasty and well served. Highly recommend it.

The cafe is nice with lots of different curries for lunch at reasonable prices, including veggie options

Food could be improved since it is expensive for the portions you get.
Also, it is frozen food and not fresh and the veggie burgers are defrosted/wormed up in the microwave and for that, I am sorry it gets 1 star since it does not go with the healthy venue.

Please Dr. Deepa, improve that side of the business and take my advice as a positive point.
