Went for. Swedish massage, a bit pricy but a relaxing time.

Refurb a year or so ago. This is my.local Bannatyne gym. Nice spa, lounge area.

Really recommend spa. And nice swimming pool with 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms

Extensive gym and varied class timetable. Relaxing coffee lounge and lights snacks available here.
Spa treatments and beauty salon upstairs but need to book.

Food was decidedly sub-par and nail clinic had a novice on shift, so the other half ended up looking like she'd had Stevie Wonder do his magic. Other than that, excellent place and well worth the money.

Friendly enough staff. Facilities were okay. Clientele left a lot to be desired.

DO NOT JOIN... I called the main number to be told that I could cancel with 1 months notice, so I joined. 6 months later, we purchased a new house in Shropshire. Unfortunately that meant that there would be a 45 minute drive to the nearest Bannatyne gym. I requested to cancel. They refused cancellation saying that moving away wasn't a good enough reason to cancel my membership.

I can't believe they get away with this. Its ridiculous that it's even allowed. I can quite happily say that there is no way on gods earth that I would ever join again and I've learnt one very important lesson.. do not trust what they say on the phone and don't ever think that they'll be fair.

Clean fresh and friendly helpful staff

Absolutely love this gym. Friendly and helpful staff with beautiful facilities. Clean and tidy at all times. Always come out feeling refreshed and energised even after a good work out. The personal gym staff are always happy to help with advice if I need it. Highly recommend and feel the price is about right for the package. :)
