Absolutely disgusting gym service. They do not elaborate on what your contract is and no explanation on the method of the cancelation by the members of staff whats so ever. They make you go through so much hassle on making you pay a certain balance that has nothing to do with the contract whats so ever and keep on charging you even after not using the GYM LOL when you clearly stopped your membership. The facilities are awful and the mens changing room is absolutely horrific, I do not recommend going to this gym one bit..

Rubbish gym! Mens walking to womens chagging room. When it comes about complaining staff doesnt care at all not even listening and starting conversation to other people. Kristina is a rude polish women raised voice when she was not in right was lying into my face. And always somethings going wrong into that gym. Staff needs training. Receiving emails that this gym is "high standard" gym but this "fact" crossing with reality. I brought my friends to that gym. All of them have left. So how this gym is "high standard"???

terrible gym, terrible service, staff unable to keep a record of complaints made. This gym is utterly the poorest standard spa/gym I have had the displeasure of joining.

New and well kept equipment in the gym. The changing rooms need a bit of work. Something always seems broken.

Absolutely disgusting gym. The gym is falling apart. People defecating in the showers. Hair everywhere. The staff are extremely rude and obnoxious. Richard (the small African guy) looks like he doesn't want to be at the gym. Elliot is an aggressive staff member who becomes very loud when confronted about anything. The facilities are sub par. Overall, just one of the worst experiences I've had. I will not be coming again.

This is a really nice gym the staff are nice and friendly. It has a a swimming pool, Free weights, a Cardio section and an extensive array of free classes along with a steam Room, sauna and spa so for £30 a month you can't go wrong.

To say this gym is absolute rubbish is an understatement!!! Don't bother wasting your well earned money, time or effort in even considering this place.
Bannatyne Birmingham priory staff need some serious training, they are rude individuals who do not take customers seriously. I asked one member of staff a question (podgy guy- don't know why he's working at a gym) only for him to laugh in my face. Another African staff member looked like he didn't even want to be there, I tried approaching him , he gave me a dirty look and walked off in the other direction! When you try complaining to customer services on the phone, they don't want to hear any of it either. FIX UP BANNATYNE. That was just the staff...the 'gym' itself is pathetic, really small, cramped and out dated machines. To pay £30+/m for this gym is extortion, to join this particular gym would be the biggest mistake of your life. Take my advice and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! You'll thank me in the long run

Location for this gym is perfect well that's my opinion and it's because I just around corner from the aww lol,first ov all when we her about bannatynes we think brand franchise and professional, this place is a joke over priced and the staffs are very rude,like i pay 45 pounds a month including towel which 15 pounds and the price is going up soon,over all the place is dated needs upgrading the equipments are normal nothing special,upstairs u have ur average multi gym free weights which the area is very small at times it could be very crowded waiting could be very long time,it's so small u licturly smell people it's like there are in your face lol,worst part of this place are the staffs my god they are always crowded up by the recipient area and chatting way if u ask them anything they ingnore u or show attitude they pick and chose who they want to speak to its like back in high school it's a shame place like bannatynes has these sort of unqualified staff working for them,only reson am going there its because they have steam room and suna to there advantage and everything else is less then average..therse office upstairs when ever am there i see staff's are watching movies on youtube for hours and the gym is a mess all mirrors are stained up it looks disgusting I don't kno why they charge so much for this place it's clearly over priced I have so much more to say but I'll live it there
