nice gym.. good size, most equipment you need.

Mostly a great experience - the cafe let them down! It's very clean, tidy and peaceful. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The treatments my husband and I had were relaxing. After our treatment we decided to have something to eat before experiencing the pool etc. Neither of our first choices were available and then when we went back later I ordered a melon refresher which never came and I had to chase up and wait a further 5/10 minutes for it to come. We will come back and hopefully the service of the cafe will match the service of the rest of the health centre and I can give it 5 stars.

Instant happy greeting from the staff always a smile and a hello, just swapped over to wrist bands which is all up and running and very useful, spa area is clean and tidy and very relaxing. Gym area is clean and always someone around to help you out.

At time of writing I have been a member for about a month. The facilities are good but this gym's biggest asset is its staff. They are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they all seem so happy in their work. The gym members are really nice too and many of them seem to be quite good friends which makes the environment very friendly. I've only met one of the personal trainers (Ziggi) and he is exceptional. He's a lower back specialist and has eradicated my lower back pain within five sessions.

Everyone is nice. Clean the place. Spacious rooms. A lot of equipment is. Good and reach is!!!

Had a rolling monthly membership, hadn't used it for 6 months, logged in to try cancel, as signed up online... was unable so cancelled direct debit with my bank. Now chasing me for money

Facilities are great, staff are wonderful, so polite and professional service.

Staff is extremely kind and friendly. The pool is clean but seats in the steaming room are disgustingly slimy; sometimes steaming room is smelly but rarely. The sauna is really great. Only one I have against is not suitable hours for kids on Saturday and presence of gender man in ladies changing room (if you are with your young daughter you will understand what I am talking about; the manager said he can do nothing with it but why he doesn't want to offer a small and private family changing room to this man I can't understand; also according to his opinion this is a discrimination, but - again - why he discriminates us I can't get).

Needs to be cleaner. Its only the women who seem to clean the gym, never their male counterparts. The music is awful and does not suit a gym, you cant train to it.
Not a great amount of staff presence on the gym floor but the staff are all really friendly when approached, and the reception staff are lovely.
The pool area is clean and has a nice atmosphere
