My experience to the fitness industry comes from my military back ground as a Physical Training Instructor in the Infantry. In 2009 i was seriously injured whilst on tour which resulted in me being medically discharged from the forces.

Having seen what the human body can achieve through exercise and hard work I have been inspired to open my own Gym. Beds Fitness Academy Limited is a gym with a wide choice of equipment including cardio vascular machines and free weights that exceeds the standard of a normal gym. We also offer options for personal training with our own personal trainers that are highly skilled followed by a full time physiotherapist with high experience.

As having a forces back ground my self we give free admission to forces personnel who are on leave, all you have to do is show your ID card when you enter and go straight in.
