Better Gym Ipswich

I was joined this gym last September and i had great experience! Wonderful and friendly staff. Many type of different classes and events. Specially thanks to Silvia, my Personal Trainer, she is amazing! She never let you be lazy and she knows what you can do even if you not believe in yourself!

I really love this gym, great value for money, lovely inside, clean, and I've never felt uncomfortable when working out.
The staff is always friendly and make you feel comfortable.
Special Thanks to PT Silvia Sirbu. I have spent great time training with her at the gym. She is very knowledgeable, inspirational trainer.

Great gym, great atmosphere, good facilities & really great value for money. Not once have I felt uncomfortable training here.

I want to say this is the best Gym in town !!! Very friendly staff, lots of kind equipment's, big studio, clean changing rooms, and big car park. I really enjoy this gym, and always recommended to all my friends and family members. Also, I want to say HUGE Thank You to PT Silvia, who is always happy to help ! She is very responsible the way she does her work. Working individually with every customer, planning workouts, making diet plans, according to each person by their needs, she brings an outstanding level of service!! Also, she is a very friendly girl, most of the PT should take an example from her, the way she works with customers and keep them happy. I have been using better gym for nearly 2 years and find it a great gym to go to. They have all types of classes which are very good . The staff are always friendly and will help you in any way they can. I have had the pleasure of having Silvia as my personal trainer for over a year and in this time and with her help and encouragement I have lost over 3 stone . I would recommend better gym to anyone any age.

Fitness frist ipswich is a well kept gym with good staff happy to help you with any questions you many have. I personal enjoy the class, i recently was a part of and the ones before. All the class i toke was free and everyone involved seemed to enjoy them. Equipment is very wel kept and promptly repaired of any issues are notice or reported.

I find the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Offering a complimentary PT session is a good idea and has helped me to use the gym more fully and feel more comfortable about using machines and weights.
