The facilities here are fab, and the classes are brilliant. Amy and her staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them. Id highly recommended Bfit to starter gym goers and experienced.

I have been a member of a few gyms but this gym is the most welcoming & friendly! I love the classes, monthly challenges, free help & advice. Most of all I love how it caters for everyone wether you be new to fitness, into your heavy weights, just want to run or a pro you'll fit in. I love that people can order their breakfast from the cafe next door & it'll be ready for collection after their workout to refuel the body & an added bonus of a coffee bar means you can catch up with friends there too. All in all a great addition to Caistor & I hope they go from strength to strength!

Great environment for the gym and classes. I mainly use the classes which are well worth it, especially the hiit class. I know I ve been. A wide variety of people go here and there is variety in the classes. There is a new mum fit class which is brilliant and for new babies and mums, it is taught by Amy who is fully qualified in pre and post natal exercises. She very friendly and approachable and makes it fun and different every week. It has friendly staff, who are very approachable and knowledgeable. Great facilities for a small town. If your in any doubt about joining a gym. Don't this is definitely the one for you. It's just a really friendly environment with lots going on.
