I absolutely adore this place and can unreservedly recommend it to anyone who wants to use a really great gym. The facilities are amazing and it works for all sorts of people ( male and female) with all sorts of fitness goals . Yes there are Champions and aspiring Champions but there are also sixty seven year old business men like me fighting the flab and busting our stress levels. I've been going there for about 5 or 6 years . Best 4 quid I've ever spent. Thank-you Cyril🤓
