I love East Dulwich Picture house. The seats are so comfortable so you don't get fidgety half way through your film. You can eat in the cafe before and take a drink from the bar in with you. It's Always a pleasure to spend an evening here. Xxx
We love that we have a cinema so close to home now. The seats are so comfortable and the cinemas are roomy. There is the opportunity to have something to eat or drink before or after your film if you want to - and membership has the benefit of discount at the local GBK too.
Visited twice this weekend. Excellent independent cinema. Best of all as a Member I get a 10% discount on food and drink. Yesterday wine, today coffee and croissants. Sampled cafe too yesterday. Their Eggs Benedict was....eggsellent! Sorry!
The best thing that's happened to Lordship Lane. The absolute hub of a community. I love it and regularly go on my own or with friends. Safe happy environment. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
My favourite cinema in London 😻
Lovely cinema, my only regret is not going before, going to be a regular now. Thanks to the staff that found my little girls soft toy, kept it safe and replied to my message about the missing offender quickly. Awesome. Thumbs up for reasonable prices and chilled atmosphere. Great.
Love having East Dulwich Picturehouse in my Street. The seats are so comfortable. You can eat there, the food is great and even take your drink in from the bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even if you don't want to watch a film. Nice place to go for a drink or just to have a coffee.
It was our first time there and was so in press with so nice and friendly will be going back If you have not been it worth going excellent
It was my first trip to this picture house it is a very nice place the staff were friendly and very helpful the seats were very comfortable and plenty of leg room the toilets were clean will definitely go ther again
How a cinema should be. Nice seat, plenty of leg room and a decent screen / sound. As a plus there is bar and eats on site too. Not the cheapest food, but about right if you get the discount for being a member.
Great local asset, good choice of films, comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere and pleasant cafe area. Lovely staff who should be appreciated and be given the living wage, now!
Fantastic cosy cinema. Stylish comfortable cafe on the ground floor, very clean toilet & cosy seat in auditorium. Great selection of films, friendly staff. So happy this cinema is just around corner of our house. Also, thanx for free tickets for my hubby’s birthday. Xxx
East Dulwich Picture House is a delightful cinema. Small cosy screens making the whole experience more intimate and enjoyable. Set in a lovely atmosphere and decor with friendly helpful staff I recently saw Nothing Like A Dame there and had a thoroughly lovely evening out.

ED Picture House is a great place if like me your not into crowded auditoriums where every 5 seconds there’s rustling, coughing, talking and someone needing the loo. Went to see Solo last night and lucky if I counted 20 people. It’s very bespoke and even if you’re not a movie goer the bar area is very nice to just pop in for a drink, highly recommend this venue.
A little gem of a place if, like me, you want to get away from the big multi-complex experience. You still get all the current releases, very comfortable seating, decent sound and a really great food and bar area too. Support independent cinemas and get rewarded with a better experience!
Loved "Loving Vincent" and love The Picturehouse :-)
A delightful little cinema with a great café. I enjoyed Korean fried chicken with sweet potato fries before settling into the comfortable seats in Screen 3. A very pleasant evening.
Loads of legroom, really comfortable seats. It's just a shame that a couple of the patrons couldn't have followed their child's lead and been more considerate of other cinema goers. That is no reflection on the cinema, but it was an irritation that could have been avoided had this particular mum and dad not been so thoughtless of others.
We will definitely go back again!
I very much enjoy our local cinema. The studios are very comfortable, comfy seats, good temperature control, great sound. It makes the cinema going experience very pleasant. Great choice of films and timings, including Screen Arts and theatre Live. Casual but pleasant service. My only criticism so far is the bad quality of the coffee...
First time attending this cinema.
Venue was brilliant, staff where excellent, the only thing I would say is that they advertised butter bear as an incentive to watch the new fantastic beasts and where to find them.
When we go there and asked for some they did not have any available. Which was a little bit of a disappointment as this was the selling point for us attending.
Other then that I do believe we will be coming back.
