Emma James Physiotherapy And Clinical Pilates

I visited Emma James Physio today for a pregnancy massage and float. Both treatments were fantastic and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The aromatherapy massage (by therapist Sian) has worked wonders to ease the aches and pains I had in my shoulders and back and you are also given a generous amount of the personally blended oils to take home.
The hour in the float chamber was so relaxing I drifted off to sleep and woke feeling great- I think the weightlessness of floating in the salts is ideal in pregnancy and a real relief from carrying the extra weight.
I will be returning and highly recommend this practice!

Emma James Physio treated my mother after a serious car accident, that resulted in my mother living with serious disabilities. The physio received helped enormously with improving my mothers capabilities and movement - which has resulted in a better quality of life! The staff are very dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic, to which we have therefore built brilliant relationships with the staff and when walking through the door it feels like your part of a family, not just a client. This results in enhancing the whole experience from start to finish. The services provided are very broad and are always applied in a person centred individual approach... I first visited Emma James Physio, between Christmas and New year last year( 2015) at that point I was in a pretty desperate state having had a chronic back problem for two years. I was pretty desperate for help and left a message on their voice mail on Boxing Day , if I'm honest I wasn't expecting a response until the New Year, but was pleasantly surprised to get a call the next day from Emma herself telling me she could see me tbat day . Having been under her care for almost a year now I am now not surprised at all that she called me back so quick. Not only am I nearly fixed thanks to her. I now know her to be the most skilled, dedicated and caring person I have met in her profession ( and trust me I have met a lot) Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her and she has supported me when I've needed it the most and even when I was a miserable sod . I know that If I'd got to her sooner I'd would have been fixed a lot quicker. I can not recommend her or her team highly enough, you'll be in good hands. Thank you Emma James

Following years of pain through various sporting injuries and hours of seemingly pointless Physio Emma was recommended to me by a friend. What a difference!!!! Though I am not going to be running any marathons soon Emma has stuck with me and supported me up to and through another operation and the results have been sensational. Emma has got me moving in no time at all. I can not thank her enough..

I have had treatments twice at Emma James Physiotherapy and both times have been very impressed by the service. The physios I saw were very helpful and treated the existing pain with immediate effect. Everyone that I met was very professional and friendly and I'd have no hesitation in recommending the practice. I have also been to their pilates classes which were of a great standard with real attention to those participating, and a bonus of being held in a beautiful studio.

After many years of suffering with back pain, and having many sessions of Physio with various physiotherapists, I felt there was little point in bothering with more as it really hadn't helped my problems, however I was recommended by a friend to visit Emma James, and I am very glad I did! For the first time in ten years I can now live life without waking in agony on a daily basis, I can play golf, run around with my children and live life without being in constant discomfort.
