EQ Studio is the first dedicated Pilates and Yoga studio, based in Sutton Coldfield. We run a weekly timetable of more than 30 classes including mat, reformer, yoga, studio sessions, cadillac and 121's. Each of our skilled teachers is trained by the Body Control Pilates Association and are specialists in their field. We pride ourselves in offering personal attention, hands on correction and above all being sensitive to the needs of every individual that passes through the door.
