My 9 yr old loves it but I had to get out as the water was freezing cold. A lot of obese kids that me and my lad were laughing at. Moobs bigger than Katie price some of them and I could have sworn one of the lads was pregnant!!

A great place for kids to splash around. My 4yr old loved it, he is allowed on the slide with me, or on his own with me at the end to collect him.
It beats Accrington (Hyndburn leisure centre) hands down, as they won't let him go in the new shallow swim pool accompanied unless it's for lessons, even when there are no lessons.
Keep up the good work Pendle!

Excellent and fun place to visit for the kids - a big slide, inflatables and a wave pool. £15.50 for a family ticket. Free parking. Cafe next to pool. Good afternoon out. I imagine, however, it gets very busy during school holidays and on wet weekend days.

I love taking my family swimming here. We have been a few times now and I can say the standards of service and care are high. From the front desk to the lifeguards and all the other staff I have encountered have been really friendly. Kids love wave machine and the slide. There's also an shallow area with a couple of water play things for the smaller ones.

Always bring mi kiddies here they love it water slide and wave machine cafe to get food from they also have a giant inflatable in water one night a week usually on thuyrsday evening

Love it here. Prefer to come on a Fri afternoon when it's not as busy, so my son and I can get plenty of goes on the slide lol. The cafe is very reasonably priced too; we always eat there after a swim.

Lady manager is great thinks nothing about getting her feet wet. Stands by the pool watching those unsupervised kids.. Totally on the ball with what the monkeys are getting up to. Waves lots of fun. Kids really enjoy the slide

User

Kids loved the waves but the slide is a bit boring a 5 min wait and over in 10 sec
The food was a bit eexpensive too

User

I goto excellent cardiac rehabilitation exercise class every Monday.

User

Lifeguards are ineffective meaning that bigger kids can behave how they want. Showers poor, sliping on food and unusally for a swimming pool outdoor shoes allowed near pool

User

Amazing place. But one of the only places were the water is warm since I'm sensitive to hot and cold. I will see you all again friendly staff etc brilliant for the kids plus so much more.
