Great gym. Good modern equipment and friendly atmosphere.

I wouldn't rate this gym at all I fine the staff very rude and ignorant, as I was doing my weights and was approached by a member of the staff saying don't drop the weights on the floor ain't having it he says witch it was on a ground floor with know one around , staff used verbal abuse towards me also there ain't no signs saying don't drop the weights, the machines are unhygienic the toilets not always clean very pricey for what it is the man lucky I did not put him out in the gym.

One of the best gyms in Rossendale. Great range of equipment, lovely staff.

Good, varied gym. There's a balance of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, as well as multifunction and boxing gear. Some good classes to go along with and it's not usually too busy unless during the 6-7 period.
My only major complaint could be the opening times are a touch short, particularly at weekends. The price also runs a wee bit high.

Fantastic gym and Gavin and Natalie are really nice people. Been coming here years now since moving to Bacup.

Missed out on a star though because no sauna or steam room :(

Totally disagree with some of comments about lighting , theyre is plenty of lighting and. Not too bright , myself being a big lad didnt want a typical gym thats too bright exposing youself making you feel very uncomfortable , staff are very friendly and helpfull if you need something , just ask they dont harrass you they let u do ur own thing , i love this gym and with diet control an dthis place ive lost nearly 4 stone obviously equipment gets broken down it does anywhere, but allways apologise and gets repaired in the end , theyres loads of equipment her i love this gym 5 stars
