South Kensington London Gym Fitness First (Permanently Closed)

Great place, have all equipment and just what i am looking for

Terrible customer service.
I definitely paid for my locker and the staff told me I did not and when I opened the locker the other day, my stuff was gone. I'm pretty sure they just threw them away and my key was taken. I was asked for my phone number but they never get back to me after that.
I wouldn't recommend this gym.

The Internet at this location has been a complete joke. Everyday when I come to work out it takes at least 20 minutes to connect, if at all. And what's worse, I've spoken with employees about it repeatedly and nothing ever comes of it. This is completely unacceptable. This gym location is very small/basic and is definitely not worth the monthly fee if there isn't even any internet. Yikes, Fitness First. Get it together. Do not recommend.

Very small with very little space for exercising. It is packed with people given the minimal space. The weight room is in the basement with very old equipment. Upstairs right beside the windows is very cold as there is a lot of air coming in from outside every time the automatic door opens. The premises could use a deep clean.

Depending on who you speak to you pay different amounts. If you happen to get the GM he just waves the joining fee that the rest of us had to pay. You need to have the same rules for all members

This is as great gym. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The space has been well thought out. I highly recommend it.
