I think the staff are really helpful and the facilities are top notch :) I would, however, recommend more banging tunes and I don't really understand how watching "pointless" while exercising is beneficial. Definitely suited for more casual workouts...

This is a great gym with good machines and weights. The only problem, too many snooty, love themselves people go here

The morning classes were brilliant when I first joined 2 years ago but they've either been cancelled or replaced with yoga & pilates. If you're over the age of 60, this is a great gym. If you want to do high impact classes during the day, join another gym.
