Stealing various things from the locker room.children under the age of 16 are accepted. Staff irresponsible.

Loads of space but you have to queue for certain items (Bench Press, Smith Machine etc) at peak times (and sometimes off peak 1 big bench press, 1 smith machine, 1 squat stand) but my main gripe is that they don't let you practice any kind of martial art (there's actually a rule against it on the intranet) you can't bring your own focus mitts, strike pads etc and there's no boxing equipment (punchbags, speedballs, ropes).
New Bodies is much better and cheaper. AM GONNA MOVE!!!

Great gym at a low price. Really quiet before 8am and plenty of machines and free weights to use.

Excellent Gym! Two huge floors full of great brand new equipment! Great instructors, management and staff. Great classes and easily accessible. 24/7 access is amazing!

I've been going since it opened on the 14th of November and I like it. I go at 1 in the morning. It's clean and not to busy. I can do my work out. It has all the equipment I need to be a better me.
