Went to spa with a woucher,great treatments, great staff. Would definitely go again,

Atrocious, cold filthy jacuzzi, cold showers,abysmal changing rooms and although friendly the staff are unprofessional. Decidedly 3rd rate.

One of my favourite places to visit. Our 4th time doing the Balmoral package. Room, spa, treatments, 3 course meal & breakfast. Left feeling relaxed & recharged. 10/10

It has all the basics, gym, weights, sauna, steam room , swimming pool and jacuzzi , but needs some improvements. Excellent value for money
