Great gym, great atmosphere and plenty of kit. I like weight and body-weight training with a little cardio, which is what WH is good at.

I was nervous to go to the workhouse gym to begin with because I had heard it was often filled with men who were very serious about their fitness, however when I arrived I was happy to find everyone was willing to help if I asked and i felt welcome as a new comer. The men working would also check everything was okay and gave me assistance (in a very professional way) when it was necessary. Very happy with my experience and would return!
