Love this place. Excellent friendly staff. When i first started going i wanted to go with a friend but there is really no need as every one talks to every one. Socialise while keeping fit. Just brilliant!!

Friendly staff, made me feel comfortable and explained all the equipment well. All staff are very knowledgable too. The environment is welcoming and relaxing though you are there to exercise.

Very friendly staff, great place to work out doesn't even feel like exercise.
