Franny Keay’s B& B is a newly renovated Bed and Breakfast situated on a small, tree-lined square only twenty minutes walk from the centre of Durham.

Opened in the spring of 2014 Franny Keay’s B& B is situated on a small, tree-lined square only twenty minutes walk from the centre of Durham.

We offer two double bedrooms, one en suite the other with a private bathroom. Each room has a digital radio and Wi-Fi access.

Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting area within the large open-plan kitchen where guests are welcome to help themselves to tea and coffee.

We are happy to cater for a variety of diets with due notice and offer a choice of English, Continental or Vegetarian as standard.

Franny Keay’s B& B is close to the Duke of Wellington and only a ten minute walk from the Oriental Museum. There is off street parking for one car and space for another outside the property.
