What can I say apart from I went in and now I love cex

I love the Cafe on the top floor it's really cool nicely designed feels homely but also has free play PS4 for customers to buy drinks or food. they also have Pac Man arcades and racing arcade machines it's brilliant and on top of that the food is quite nice with a range of coffee and other drinks. I will be coming back again!

Awesome place, great prices and especially loved the upstairs cafe (great sandwiches!) with games and very helpful and friendly staff! �

they didn't check what they sale, was sold hard drive with old owner info with porn viruses. They don't want make a refund, from 130 pound got back only 30 pounds or voucher for 54£! WTF?!

Went to buy a phone today pluged it in and the charge exploded trying to get in touch with them but they don't have a contact details now I have to go out of my way to go back in store which I now have to drag my children back out

I bought a game on the 19th of June for a gift. I found out that the shop has given me 2 install games for gfa 5 I lost the recite for the game but you could see I brought it from cex as it still had there sticker on the case. I took the game back today to swap one of the install discs but the manger of the shop was rude and showed no people skills at all. He point blank wouldn't swap one of the disc. Even tho you could see I had brought it from there. I wanted to put a complaint in but didn't have no numbers had to do it all online I'm not happy and won't be shopping in there again I will be taking this higher
